This visual aid supports one of my points. Child abuse victims can have long-term financial problems and this image shows why. How is a person suppose to hold or obtain a good paying job is they have cognitive problems, language problems, and low academic achievement? They can't. Child abuse affects them greatly on the long-term as will. It is not the children's fault and that's why something needs to be done about child abuse, so there we can reduce the amount of lives being ruined in the U.S.
